Straight cut
The true Le Minor sailor sweater has not changed since 1922. The cut is quite narrow and the body quite long because this navy colored marine knit was originally designed to be worn close to the body, to keep warm without hindering maneuvers on a boat. That's why it is commonly called "sock sweater".

Loose fit
It is between tradition and modernity that we have revisited the cut of the real sailor sweater for a looser version. Otherwise, the recipe is unchanged: 100% wool, knitted, cut and assembled in Brittany in our own workshops.
Its identity: a contemporary stripe pattern, reminiscent of the "design" of the French Navy.
