DELIVERY METHOD
Our shipments are handled by our sole partner Colissimo.
DELIVERIES TO FRANCE MAINLAND
Packages destined for France Mainland are sent by Colissimo. This gives you the option of "pick-up point" or "at home" delivery.
Delivery times are 48 to 72 hours.
Shipping is now free for all orders over €150. For orders of less than €150, we charge €7 for delivery to a pick-up point and €8 for home delivery.
Your orders can be picked up for free in our Guidel or Paris shops.
DELIVERIES TO THE EUROPEAN UNION
Parcels destined for the European Union are sent via Colissimo Europe.
Delivery times are 4 to 6 days.
Shipping is free for orders over €150 to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland.
For orders under €150, our delivery charges are €10 for the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg // €12 for United Kingdom // €13 for Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland.
For the rest of Europe, shipping costs are €12 for all orders.
DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES
Shipments to the United States are made via Colissimo Expert.
Delivery times are generally 4 to 8 days.
Shipping costs are now calculated based on the weight of your order and are indicated at checkout. Three rates apply depending on the total weight of your parcel:
- 0.2 kg to 0.6 kg: €34,47
- 0.61 kg to 1.1 kg: €44,79
- Over 1.1 kg: €55,10
This update to our pricing follows new regulations for the transport of textile goods between France and the United States (August 2025).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (OUTSIDE EU & US)
International shipments are sent by Colissimo Expert.
Delivery times are 4 to 8 days.
Our international shipping costs are 30 €.
DELIVERY TO FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES
Parcels to French overseas departments and territories are sent by Colissimo Expert.
Delivery times are 4 to 8 days.
Our shipping costs to French overseas departments and territories are 20 €.
