It is not strictly speaking a canvas... it is actually a jersey, but it behaves almost like a canvas, with its tight stitch and thickness. This fabric, which we are the last to perpetuate in France, has largely earned us the label of ‘living heritage company’ in 2023.
For several years, we have been using this ‘canvas’ to create marinières, authentic Breton marinières, robust and a little rustic. More recently, we have started to create more structured pieces: blouses, overshirts, etc.
Coming from the dawn of time, it is a source of innovation and is now used to make pieces that can be worn as a first or second layer.
